Starch Pro Dry Plus
Researchers world-wide are realising that the pre-calving period gives us an opportunity to improve lactation performance by dietary adaptation, reduction in animal health and metabolic problems, and increased feed intact post-calving.
Starch Pro Dry Plus is intended to be introduced to the springer herd not less than 14 days but ideally 21 days pre-calving. Containing Bovatec® and a blend of anionic salts, the pellets are to be fed at the rate of 1.5 kg/cow/day to deliver the correct dose of these products.
Starch Pro Dry Plus is not suitable for the milking herd.
A blend of carbohydrate sources, bypass protein, magnesium and important vitamins and trace minerals, Starch Pro Dry Plus is intended for herds requiring additional dietary energy. It is also suited to situations where maize silage is not available.
