Hominy

HOMINY
Hominy is a byproduct from maize milling and is a high energy feed that is excellent for feeding during early lactation to minimise weight loss and maximise peak milk production.

Due to its high quality, hominy is a very digestible feed but care does need to be taken to avoid over feeding.  Always get advice from your consultant before feeding.

Metabolisable Energy	13 - 15 typically
Crude Protein	9%

Hominy is occasionally available ex Gisborne and is available in 30T Truck and Trailer loads (loads can be split if into farms within the same locality).
